My name is Chizzy and I am currently a student at Centennial College, studying Addiction and Mental Health. I’m in my third semester and have a strong passion for helping people, especially in health and wellness. I’m a hardworking and caring person, with experience working in healthcare and as a Personal Support Worker. I have also worked at TTC and am now seeking new opportunities in the field. I’m very detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean, organized environment, which is why I believe I’d be a good fit for this position. I value open communication, love helping others, and enjoy working in environments where I can contribute positively to people’s well-being.

In my childcare work experience, I’ve had the opportunity to support children in the Toronto District School Board, where my role involved assisting students with their learning and development, focusing especially on their mental health. I’ve worked with children facing various challenges, including learning difficulties like ADHD, and helped create an environment that encourages their growth both academically and emotionally. My focus has always been on fostering a safe and nurturing space where each child feels understood and supported, while also communicating effectively with their parents and teachers to ensure their progress.
