I am a well trained and certified Early Childhood Assistant/Special Needs Assistant (ECA/SNA) with years of experiences. I work with kids at Blacksmith Public School .ON where I supervised 14 kids at a time. I create Play base activities, teach them daily routine with good communication skill. I inculcate HDLH, ELECT Principle and CEEYA in my pedagogy. The safety and overall wellbeing of the kids is part of my focus. I also work with special needs kids. I have experience integrating knowledge to kids of different age group for their social, emotional and physical development.
