I am a Jewish 22-year-old female who just graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a bachelor's degree specializing in English. In my free time, I love to hang out with my friends. I also love to write. Writing is one of my biggest passions, along with music and reading. As well, I like planning fun activities to do with my friends and family. I love the beach and have always loved swimming; it's been a big part of my life. After university, I moved back home and live with my family now. Talking about yourself is a little tricky, but my favourite thing about me is how big my heart is. My love and compassion make me stand out from the bunch. Authentic connections and relationships are so meaningful and vital to me. I take pride in making the relationships in my life thrive. I'd like to think I'm really funny, and laughter is so important to me. I like ensuring everyone around me is having a good time. The people around me are always my number one priority. Making them feel seen and special and showing them that I am there for them for anything without judgment. Creating a safe space for people to be their true selves.
I have an enormous amount of experience working with children. I was a day camp counsellor for 5-7-year-old boys for three summers which I loved. I've been babysitting since I was 13, ages ranging from 6 months to 14 years old. I also have been volunteering at schools my entire life. My mom is a teacher, so every day I had free, I would volunteer in her classroom. In grade 11, I also decided to do the co-op program in my school and worked in a kindergarten classroom for an entire semester. Working with kids has always been one of my biggest passions
