My name is Aurora, and I am an experienced Child Care Provider with over 12 years of hands-on experience working with families in North America and in a kindergarten setting.
I specialize in applying Montessori-based approaches for younger children, creating structured daily routines that support independence, good habits, and long-term developmental growth. I am skilled in observing each child’s needs and designing personalized plans that nurture their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
For school-aged children, I design engaging STEAM-based activities that combine science, engineering, and creative arts to encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking. I enjoy creating a balance between learning and play, helping children grow in a fun, supportive environment.
With my international experience and strong adaptability, I am confident in providing consistent, thoughtful care while supporting each child’s unique development journey.
From 2013 to 2015, I had 2 years of experience working as a Child Care Provider for two American families. One is a local American family in Atlanta. In Atlanta, the kids age are 4-year-old girl and two boys aged 6 and 9.My responsibilities is preparing breakfast and dinner, picking up and dropping off, and as well as tutoring them with their homework.Everyweek on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, two brothers have taekwondo classes. When they are having their classes, I will accompany little girl to do some art paintings and handicrafts that she likes.Their mom has a cooperative company in China, she hopes the kids to learn Chinese from me.Everytime when they free, I told them some Chinese mythological stories.
They really like listening to the stories of Havoc in Heaven and Nezha Making Havoc in the East Sea. They also like Jackie Chan's kung fu movies very much.I attached pics in the email, please take a look. The other one is an Irish family in San Francisco.I was responsible for a 5-year-old boy.Different from the previous family, this child can understand some of my Chinese words because he has been studying in a Chinese-English bilingual kindergarten in San Francisco.Since I arrived at his home, I have been picking him up and taking him to the supermarket after 2:00 p.m.every school day.I ask him to help me find the grocery I need to buy.I also take him to the library and ask him to help me find the books i want to borrow Through continuous practice in different
places, by the end of the year, he is able to master most of the Chinese words used in daily life settings.
And from 2016 to 2020 I worked in a Chinese
Kindergarden until I have my own baby.In the daily life of the kindergarten, I showed the children about good behavior habits, polite expressions and so on, and help them develop regular work and rest habits as well as dietary habits.I also hold outdoor activities to
build up the physical strength of the children. We also hold many different kinds of festivals, such as China's Children's Day, Qixi Festival (the Chinese Valentine's Day), Mid-Autumn Festival and Chongyang Festival.
During these 10 years of work, I not only accumulated rich experience but also enhanced my adaptability to different cultural environments in North America.I got along very well with the families and had a wonderful working and living experience. Therefore, I am eager
to immigrate to Canada and continue to work as a Child Care Provider.

eggs/omelette/pancake/bagel/waffle)and pack lunchbox for the kids (sandwich with avocado chicken slice, water bottle, snack cookie).

complete the work in the future employer's family.
