Nadine R.
I’m Nadine, and I’ve been working with children for over 10 years as both a nanny and a respite worker, mainly supporting autistic kids but also working with neurotypical children of all ages and personalities. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, and I approach every child with patience, respect, and curiosity. I have ADHD myself, which helps me relate to kids in unique and meaningful ways. I’ve always been drawn to children and their individuality — I love how much they teach me while I’m helping them grow. I’m creative, nurturing, and flexible, and I love joining in on whatever the kids enjoy — whether it’s crafts, sports (I'm not very good), imaginative play, video games, exploring outside, or just being silly. I also like staying busy, so I’m happy to help keep the house running smoothly while making sure your child is safe, engaged, and supported. I speak English and have a bit of a background in sign language (though I’m a bit rusty!). Outside of work, I love animals, art, and storytelling — I’m an aspiring film director! I’d love to connect with a family that values kindness and communication.
My childcare work experience includes respite work, nannying, behavioural interventionism, and kids camps.
