I’m an 18-year-old high school student with a passion for working with children. Although I don’t have extensive experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with kids in various settings, which has only deepened my love for this field. My goal is to attend university to study medicine, and I believe that my dedication, enthusiasm, and genuine care for children will allow me to make a positive impact. I'm eager to gain more experience and contribute to a nurturing environment for the kids I work with.

I started gaining experience with children through casual babysitting jobs while I was in high school. Though these were not permanent positions, they allowed me to develop basic childcare skills. After that, I worked as a cashier at Popeyes, where I was responsible for serving customers, preparing food, and dishwashing. For the past three summers, I’ve worked at Shadow Lake Centre, a camp that supports individuals of all ages with intellectual and physical disabilities. This role has been incredibly rewarding, and I’ve had the opportunity to work during their off-season sessions as well. Additionally, in the summer of 2023, I volunteered at the local library's summer reading club, where I assisted children under 12 with reading and led various activities. Now, I’m looking to expand my experience by working as a nanny. I’m currently completing high school online, which allows me the flexibility to fully commit to this role.
