My name is Olivia and I’m 24 years-old. I have my degree in Kinesiology, however I have a passion for childcare, dogs, and gardening! I was able to complete courses in my undergraduate career such as: Human growth and motor development, Child psychology, Exceptional child psychology (behavioural and developmental delays), as well as many other courses related to sport, exercise, nutrition, anatomy, and injuries. I have been babysitting since 11 years-old and have watched up to three children at a time ranging from the ages of newborn to 10 years-old, and includes children with mental, developmental, and behavioural delays. Before I attended one semester of a post-graduate program in September 2022, I cared for 2 children throughout the summer months once I graduated from Western and I still continuously see those children and care for them on occasion.I have my G drivers license, food safety handlers course, as well as a recently expired First Aid CPR level C certificate. I have obtained First Aid certification multiple times since 15 years-old, however I am willing to re-certify for the right family!
