I am originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario and moved to St. Albert going on 4 years ago to live with my boyfriend of 12 years and our mini Australian Sheppard, Harlow. My work has usually been surrounding Customer Service and retail! When I moved to Alberta, everything was still very much shut down but as soon as things did open up again and I was able to look for work, I did and I got into the jewellery sales business. I worked at 2 different jewellery stores within 3 years and then decided that sales just is not for me and doesn't make me happy...helping people does. I will be attending school in a few months and in the meantime I am looking for some part time work, that can keep me busy, happy & able to save some money before I start school. I love to read, to write, to plant/garden, to do wood working, camping and taking my dog on hikes! I have what I'd like to think to be a contagiously positive, go getter attitude and I'm usually trying to find the positive out of all the negatives, that the world tends to throw our way sometimes. I truly believe that life is what you make it and we only have one life so why spend it any other way but by trying our best being happy and doing our best to bring a smile to someone's face, family or a stranger you are passing on the street!

I was in grade 8 when my older sister had me take the babysitting course at our local YMCA so I could babysit for her on the weekends, my nieces at the time were 2&7. My middle sister now has her two children, my nephew who just turned 12 and my niece who is 5. Which I'm still in shock over lol I have watched both of them since they were only a few weeks old, helping my sister while she was running a bar/restaurant business. So basically providing live-out nanny duties & babysitting whenever she needed. It truly fueled my soul and I am so grateful that I was able to have that time and form such bonded relationships with them, especially since I am living in another province now. Our annual video chats and playing Fortnite with my nephew helps me get through until I visit them at Christmas & in the summer!
