My name is Anya. Currently I am a dedicated and hard working grade twelve student with the dream to pursue a career in nursing after the completion of my high school education. My passion lies in the fields of child development and healthcare which I aim to combine and enhance in my future career. My experience with children of various ages is extensive. This has significantly contributed to the development of my robust leadership traits. Additionally my communicative abilities and problem solving skills have been hound over time thanks to the multitude of scenarios and challenges that dealing with children often presents. At this time I'm diligently preparing for a career in pediatric nursing.I feel that genuinely excites me. I find immense satisfaction rules that allow me to support and assist others in their time of need, a traits that aligns perfectly with my professional aspirations. Last year I participated in a 3 month exchange to Germany. I experienced brand new culture and way of life.It was incredible to see how they lived over there and how I learned to adapt to it. Living in Germany taught me resilience. How to be open to new things and gave me a more open perspective of the world. Prior to living in germany I spent a year learning the language so now I have the ability to speak german as well which helped me a lot while I lived there. In terms of non academic and professional activities, I place a great emphasis on being physically active in maintaining my health. To this end I regularly partake in activities such as running working out in the gym and swimming. Besides these, I have a deep affection for reading, which allows me to constantly learn new things and brought in my perspective. I also enjoy painting and practicing my skills on both the violin and piano. Given my strong work ethic adaptability and Consistently positive attitude. I'm confident that I would be an excellent babysitter for your family. I highly value traits such as kindness and respect and strive to create a welcoming and warm environment for everyone I interact with. I've worked as a babysitter since I was twelve, I've taken care of as many as six children at once. Some of the jobs were with family that fostered babies and usually those babies were special needs. So I also learned how to take care of them as well. I've also volunteered at my church with kids for the past 4 years. This would include VBS and sunday school. I also have experience with MOM'S Canada doing childcare for kids aged 0-9. My usual tasks would include feeding them, putting them to bed, cleaning up after them and meals, helping with homework and doing activities. These activities can include walks going to the park, playing board games or reading stories. I also have intermediate first aid which I keep up to date.
