As someone who approaches childcare with the same level of love and care as I do with my own child, I bring a deep sense of responsibility and accountability to every interaction. I believe in taking ownership of my actions and decisions, ensuring that the well-being and happiness of the children under my care are always my top priority. My approach to childcare is rooted in building strong, trusting connections with each child, just as I have done with my own. I understand the importance of communication and consistency in fostering these relationships, and I am committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and understood. Through my experiences as a parent and a childcare provider, I have learned the importance of empathy, patience, and active listening in building rapport with children. I take the time to truly understand their needs, preferences, and unique personalities, tailoring my interactions and activities to suit their individual interests and developmental stages. Above all, I believe in fostering a sense of security and belonging for every child in my care, empowering them to explore, learn, and grow with confidence. By establishing clear boundaries, offering guidance and support, and leading by example, I strive to instill values of kindness, respect, and compassion that will serve them well throughout their lives. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families, and I am committed to providing the highest standard of care and support. I am excited about the opportunity to leverage my nurturing nature, strong communication skills, and genuine love for children to create a warm and loving environment where every child can thrive and flourish. With a solid foundation in nursing, including hands-on experience in neonatal intensive care units and child wards, I bring a unique blend of medical expertise and nurturing care to my childcare work. My time spent in hospital settings has equipped me with invaluable skills in monitoring children's health, recognizing signs of distress, and providing compassionate support during times of vulnerability. Beyond my professional experience, I have had the privilege of raising my own child, who is now 7 years old. Through every stage of her development, I have been intimately involved in her care, from infancy to her current age. This firsthand experience has deepened my understanding of child development and strengthened my ability to connect with children on a personal level. As a mother and a nurse, I approach childcare with a holistic perspective, prioritizing not only the physical well-being of the children under my care but also their emotional and developmental needs. I believe in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore and grow. My experience as a student nurse before has honed my ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and communicate effectively with both children and parents. Whether it's administering medication, comforting a distressed child, or collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care, I am committed to providing the highest standard of support and advocacy for every child in my care. In addition to my nursing background and personal experience raising a child, I have also dedicated my time to teaching kids on their home assignments during my free time in the Philippines. This additional role allowed me to further engage with children in a supportive and educational capacity outside of the hospital setting. By assisting children with their homework and assignments, I gained insight into their individual learning styles, strengths, and areas for growth. I fostered a supportive and encouraging environment where children felt comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification, and expressing their thoughts and ideas. My experience as a homework helper not only strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with children but also enhanced my skills in organization, time management, and problem-solving. I developed creative strategies to make learning engaging and enjoyable, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each child. Through this experience, I cultivated strong relationships with both children and their families, earning their trust and confidence in my ability to support their educational journey. I believe that fostering a positive and collaborative partnership between parents, children, and educators is essential for promoting academic success and personal growth. By combining my student nursing expertise, parenting experience, and teaching skills, I am well-equipped to provide comprehensive and holistic childcare support. I am excited about the opportunity to continue making a positive impact in the lives of children and families, nurturing their development and empowering them to reach their full potential. Above all, I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families. I am excited about the opportunity to leverage my unique combination of medical expertise, caregiving experience, and maternal instinct to create a nurturing and enriching environment where children can thrive and flourish.

My name is Joann. I have three years of experience caring for children. I am currently on a tourist visa in Ontario, Canada, and I am seeking sponsorship. I assure you that I can provide substantial assistance, especially when it comes to caring for your lovely children. I started looking after children when I was 25, taking care of my aunt's infants. I love children, which is why I don't find it difficult to look after the younger ones. I have a certificate in caregiving from the Philippines, so I am confident in my ability to handle and care for children. Below is the list of services I can provide: 1. I assure you (the parents) that I will keep you updated about your child's day when you're not around. I maintain daily logs of activities and monitor the children's health. 2. I place a strong emphasis on cleanliness, particularly in areas where the children play. 3. I provide a variety of activities. I have materials for art and crafts, and I use applications like Baby Sparks and High Mama, which offer ideas for activities tailored to the children's various developmental stages and milestones. 4. I use play phonics to help the children start recognizing alphabets at an early stage. 5. I make video recordings of all activities (for parents' observational purposes only) so you don't miss any of your child's milestones. 6. There’s no issue with taking the children out for a walk in the playground or park. 7. I schedule activities and ensure that the children have two naps a day, accompanied by classical music. 8. I prepare healthy menus for their meals. 9. I prioritize COVID precautions; therefore, I wash and change my clothes prior to caring for the children. If you prefer, I can wear a mask at all times. 10. I sterilize the children's items and use baby-friendly soap. If you use a sterilizer for their bottles, I am familiar with the process. 11. I am comfortable with home security cameras. 12. To ease the transition, we can video call from time to time so that your children can familiarize themselves with my appearance before I start working with them. Please let me know your preferences. How would you like me to send my reference? Should I pack a lunch, is there a dress code, and am I expected to walk the dog, Tucker? I was took care of my nieces, nephews and young cousin
