Hello! I am thoughtful, empathetic, loving and highly organized with experience dealing with children in both personal and professional settings. I consider myself to be a very fast learner. Every family will have different needs and values, that’s why I believe that adaptability is the most important skill, when working in any caregiving capacity. Particularly, when working with young children, adapting to the individual needs of the child, as well as the values of the parents is crucial. I am a firm believer in respecting parents' preferences in regards to the ways they may prefer that their children are taught, fed or entertained, etc. I am a strong communicator, which is essential in ensuring both parents and children are satisfied with the work that I do, and keeping parents up to speed with any progress or issues.
