I'm Lilian Rose, a 39-year-old woman from Thornhill. I'm originally from the Philippines and am fluent in English and Tagalog. I am happy, love to be around kids, and have a wonderful knack for cooking and playing outdoor games. I have experience in child caregiving and despite my later work as a Personal Support Worker, I still provided part-time child care services through my church. Being willing to learn, I am open to understanding and adapting to various cultural cuisines. Since relocating isn't an option for me, I am currently looking for a full-time, live-in nanny or babysitter position locally. I can begin working from the 13th of January, 2026 and am available throughout the day and night from Monday to Friday. Although I have no children of my own, I have experience with newborns, and children aged 1-2, 3-5, and 6-9 years. With a preference for working with a maximum of two children, I am more than capable of cooking, light housekeeping, preparing meals for the kids, doing the children's laundry, ironing their clothes, bathing and dressing them, adhering to special dietary rules (vegetarian, kosher, lactose intolerant, etc.), keeping the kitchen tidy and even doing family laundry. One of my strengths is my education, which includes First Aid Training, CPR Training, College, a Bachelor's Degree, and Certified Elderly Care Training. I am able to provide special needs care comfortably. Please note that I don't smoke and have completed a police check. Unfortunately, I don't have a driver's license or a vehicle for job use. My main goal is to provide an enriched environment for children, promoting health, safety, and fun! I started working with kids when I arrived in Canada for 3 years. I worked with a family eith 2 kids. I help prepare their food, feed them, brings them.to the park during summer time and to the community center for circle time on winter time. At home, i help in cleaning up the house, washing clothes but more of my responsibility is focused on the kids. I am a church worker for our church nursery for 14 years now. As a church worker we ensure the safety and comfort of the kids while mom is at church. I assist in giving their snacks, change diapers, play with them, sing songs and read Bible story books.
