Rina R.
I am a caring, patient, and dependable professional with experience supporting children of various ages in safe, nurturing, and engaging environments. I have a strong background in program coordination, supervising activities, and fostering social, emotional, and educational growth. Known for my clear communication, adaptability, and organizational skills, I excel at creating routines and spaces where children feel supported, encouraged, and confident. I come from a supportive family and value building strong connections with both children and their families. Outside of work, I enjoy activities that spark creativity and learning, such as reading, exploring new places, enjoying movies, music and long walks. My combination of professionalism, empathy, and dedication allows me to contribute positively to children’s development and overall well-being.
I began my childcare journey as a devoted aunt—babysitting for hours, sometimes days at a time—and quickly realized how naturally I connected with little ones. From there, I became an ECE assistant within a childcare center and later pursued a Bachelor of Education in Special Education to expand my ability to support children with diverse needs. Over the years, I’ve worked in special-needs childcare environments, supplied in schools with children of all ages and abilities, and have continued to care for children of friends, family, and community members as a trusted caregiver. I’m now looking for a long-term role where I can be a consistent, loving presence in a child’s life—someone who nurtures their growth, supports their development, and becomes a meaningful part of the family’s world.
