I’m Maggie, a Kinesiology student at UBC with a strong background in athletics, mentoring, and working with kids. I come from a supportive, community-oriented family, and I’ve always loved being around children. I currently tutor weekly and have experience helping younger students learn new skills and feel confident in themselves. I’m energetic, patient, and responsible, with a calm but upbeat personality that kids tend to click with. Thanks to my years in sports and dance, I bring creativity, structure, and lots of fun activity ideas, whether that’s movement-based play, homework help, or keeping little ones engaged with crafts and games. I’m also reliable, organized, and great at adapting to whatever a child needs in the moment. I’d love the opportunity to support a family that’s looking for someone caring, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping kids thrive.

I have been a summer nanny for the past 3 years, a private tutor in english, math and science grades K-10 as well as a kids dance teacher and a camp leader with school district 43.

I am currently completing my degree in Kinesiology, in the faculty of education. I hold certifications in CPR-C+children and infancies, BLS and OFA level 2.
