I am a responsible and patient person who enjoys working with children and creating fun, engaging activities. I have strong childcare experience from caring for my younger brother, as well as my nieces, nephews, and the children of family friends. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially taking my brother out to play and explore. Furthermore, I am very school-driven and take my studies seriously. I am organized, focused, and always strive to balance my responsibilities with a positive attitude. I love being active and creative, and making sure the kids I watch feel safe, supported, and entertained.

I have several years of experience caring for children of various ages. I have helped raise my younger brother, who is now 7, and regularly care for my nieces and nephews. I’ve planned and led activities, managed light house cleaning, and stayed at their home for two consecutive summers while their parents were at work. In addition to family, I’ve also cared for the children of family friends. I grew up in a large family, which gave me early and ongoing experience in cooking, cleaning, and managing household responsibilities while supervising children. I’ve cared for children as young as 1 and as old as 10. During Grade 12, I completed a leadership course where I worked as a student teacher for a Grade 9 class, gaining experience with older children and teens. I am responsible, organized, and enjoy creating a safe and engaging environment for kids. I am also happy to assist with housework and meal preparation as needed.
