My name is Brinell. I am a 32-year-old Jamaican who has over 10 years of experience in childcare. I enjoy reading, listening to music, going to new places, trying new food, and meeting new people to learn about their culture. I am also a proud mother to a beautiful 8-year-old boy. I am the oldest of 7 younger siblings, for whom I had to provide care while growing up. I love kids! I stand in awe of their innocence in this world, their honesty, and their joy. Most of my experience in providing childcare is from Jamaica, where I have worked for over 3 families, taking care of 2 or 3 children at a time, including infants. I was also a teacher's assistant at a primary school in Jamaica. After coming to Canada, I was blessed to work for a family for 4 months, taking care of their beautiful 3-year-old baby girl.
