Oxana V has been a caregiver with our family for 3 years. She began taking care of our first daughter when she was six months old and when our second daughter was born, she took care of both children until they were 3.5 and 2 years old respectively. Oxana is a loving, devoted and diligent individual who has easily become a member of the family. She is an incredibly hard worker and regularly did more for the family than would be expected. Oxana was wonderful with the children, treating them with tenderness and care, engaging and teaching them, singing songs, reading books, doing crafts, going outside as much as possible and overall making sure they were happy and healthy. Beyond this, Oxana always made sure that when we came house was tidy and the kitchen was spotless. Oxana was very flexible with her time and made sure we were never worried about coming home a little later, because we always knew that the children were taken care of. Oxana was very dedicated to health of the children, including healthy eating and spending time actively outside. She regularly made homemade baby food for the children when they were babies, including vegetable and fruit mash. She continued to make healthy snacks and lunches for the girls when they got older. The children went outside for hours in spring, summer and fall and most days in winter. Oxana made sure that the girls got exercise, even in the situations when it would be easier to stay at home. Oxana is very creative, and encouraged the girls to draw, paint, write, and craft. They have learned the love of creating in large part from Oxana`s work with them every day. She was very dedicated to teaching the girls different skills and was very proud and happy seeing them progress. Oxana`s care and love made our children, my husband and I happier for having her in our home and our lives. We have developed a relationship with Oxana that has been a wonderful part of our children`s upbringing and that will last in the memories of our family. I am very pleased to write this recommendation letter for Oxana. Oxana was employed as our caregiver from April of 2013 until September of 2015. Oxana took care of our three children who were ages 1, 4 and 7 when she started. Oxana did a fantastic job as our caregiver. She was completely 100 reliable, she was absolutely always on time and available to work when we needed her. The kids had a great time when they were with Oxana. They never cried or complained when it was time for their parents to go to work. It was easy to leave the kids with Oxana as I knew they were happy and in good hands. Oxana was great at taking the kids to the park and at doing arts and crafts and other educational activities with them. Oxana was fantastic at cleaning up whatever messes the kids would make during the day. It was great to return from work and always find a tidy house and happy kids. Oxana stopped working for us when our youngest daughter went to full day Junior Kindergarten. The kids still miss her and speak of her often. We were really fortunate to have Oxana. I do not hesitate to give her the highest possible recommendation, and I will always be grateful to Oxana for doing such a wonderful job at such an important task of taking care of our kids during their pre-school years.
