I am a young and energetic newcomer to Ottawa. I recently moved from Saskatchewan, where I had been focused on substitute teaching and work with the Saskatchewan Science Centre. I have a wealth of different childcare-related experience, starting from when I was a nanny through this exact site back in 2020. I now live in Ottawa with my partner who is pursuing his masters at Carleton University. I have a passion for childcare and would love the opportunity to get to know a wonderful family in Ottawa!

I was a nanny for a family from Jul 2020-Jan 2023, where I helped take care of their children as well as complete housekeeping and cooking duties. After this, I gained experience in a daycare for a year before moving on to substitute teaching once I finished my degree. I also taught kids about babysitting and staying home alone with the YWCA as well as preparing and presenting science-based programs at the Saskatchewan Science Centre (where I am from). I would love to find a family to support in Ottawa!
