Marley C.
I'm Marley, an 17-year-old from Ottawa currently on a gap year. I genuinely love spending time with children and helping them learn, grow, and have fun. I have experience working as a camp counselor, caring for children of different ages through babysitting, and looking after infants, so I'm comfortable adapting to each child's unique personality and needs. I enjoy planning creative activities, spending time outdoors, doing arts and crafts, playing games, reading stories, and finding fun ways to keep children engaged. I'm also calm under pressure and confident handling routines such as meals, naps, diaper changes, and bedtime. Outside of childcare, I love travelling, being outdoors, hiking, swimming, and meeting new people. I enjoy staying active and bringing a positive attitude to everything I do. I hold Standard First Aid and CPR certification, have a G2 driver's licence, and am fluent in English and French with basic Spanish skills. My goal is always to create a fun, supportive environment where children feel happy, comfortable, and encouraged to be themselves.
