My name is Zélia, I am a 20-year-old university student studying Criminology and Law at the University of Ottawa. I am a responsible, caring, and patient person who enjoys working with children and helping families. I am bilingual in French and English, organized, reliable, and attentive to children’s needs. I value creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children can feel comfortable and have fun.

I started taking care of children when I was 14 and I did it everyweek as a student until I turned 19. I was hired by two different families, one with a kid with special needs. I was doing after school care but also weekend and vaction during summer.
