My name is Maxine. I am married with one daughter entering her last year of college. While I have never worked professionally as a nanny (other than babysitting as a teenager), I love children and believe there is no job more important than loving, nurturing and raising children. I also really like dogs but am unfortunately allergic to cats. I spent the last 30 years working in corporate Canada and have been downsized a few years short of retirement. I would like to spend my remaining working years caring for my favourite kind of people; kids. 🤗

I volunteered at Ontario Early Years which I also attended with my daughter. I also spent a few hours every week voluntarily tutoring at my daughter's elementary school for children who needed extra help with reading.
