My name is Iqra, and I’m a nursing student at the University of Ottawa. I come from a caring and supportive family, and I’ve always loved being around kids—whether it’s helping out with younger siblings, cousins, or family friends. I’m patient, responsible, and easy to get along with. In my free time, I enjoy baking, drawing, going for walks, and finding fun ways to keep kids engaged and happy. Being in nursing has taught me how to stay calm in any situation and prioritize safety and care—qualities that are important when looking after children. I’m also CPR certified and take pride in being dependable and organized. I’m excited to support families by offering a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for their kids.

I have 5 nieces so I have lots of experience babysitting them over the past couple of years! I’ve also volunteered and worked at many art and sports camps for kids. I am CPR certified as well!
