Emma M.
My name is Emma, a friendly, outgoing, young professional representing the small town of Morrisburg! I moved to Centretown, Ottawa in 2021 in pursuit of a fulfilling life as a young adult. I grew up in a busy home, it doubled as a single-parent foster home for disabled children. I was the oldest of 6, so I filled in the gaps that usually a second parent would've; cooked, cleaned, organized kids for school/activities, changed diapers, gave showers/baths, laundry, homework, you name it, I've done it with the kiddos! Moving out here on my own, however, has become quite lonely and quiet. the kids bring so much light into my life and I miss the hustle and bustle. Having kids of my own is not in my forecast but helping families with their own is what I was made for, at home child care is my calling. I bring a lot of great qualities to the table that you and your little ones will love! Such as enthusiasm, friendly and welcoming personality, great listener, nurturing, extremely attentive, motivated, detail-oriented, and most importantly, great communication. The safety and well-being of your child is my number one priority, and if given the opportunity, It would be my greatest honor to look after your children the way you want them taken care of.
Grew up in a single-parent foster home as the oldest of 6, all other kids having special needs. While living here I obtained multiple certifications for child safety and well-being, CPR, and completed several training courses with the Children's Aid Society.
