My name is Nora. I’m an international student currently immersed in my studies of Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University. Im originally from Nigeria where I was born and raised My passion lies immeasurably in the realm of child-care, a field where I am constantly striving to make each day a fun-filled and enjoyable experience for every child under my care, I am highly enthusiastic about stepping up to the plate to provide not only care and support but also a lively, animated, and conducive environment for the growth and development of children. I am well-equipped and thoroughly prepared to meet all your child-care necessities and household tasks. This includes light housekeeping, cooking, doing the laundry, providing aid with homework, and much more. I derive immense happiness from being a source of positivity in a child's life, and I find myself completely at ease while interacting with children of all age groups; from newborns to teens over 10 years old. As a committed individual, my prime focus lies in ensuring the utmost comfort, happiness, and well-being of your little ones. However I would like today I am unable to move on account of my academic responsibilities I am proud of my ability to assume a variety of roles, these range from a Nanny to a Mother's Helper, as well as a Nanny/Housekeeper and even a Home Daycare Provider. I have a passion for working with children, which I developed through my experiences volunteering at a summer school program🤗. During this time, I engaged with children aged 1 to 13, facilitating a variety of activities such as music, dance, and sports, while also teaching and assisting during mealtimes. My ability to connect with children and understand their needs allowed me to create a nurturing and fun environment. I truly enjoy spending time with children, just like I have with my cousins, and I find it rewarding to contribute to their growth and development.
