Michelle P.
I’m Michelle, a responsible and caring individual with a strong background in childcare and a dedication to creating a safe, engaging environment for children. I am bilingual in both English and French. I come from a close-knit family and have developed a natural knack for understanding and connecting with kids, partially from growing up with my twin sister, who shares my love for children and family. Beyond my academic pursuits as a university student, I’m a huge runner, and I love sports, especially soccer, hockey, football, and more. Physical fitness is very important to me because a healthy body is a healthy mind. I cheer for the Ottawa Senators, and I am a bookworm who loves to read. I have years of experience balancing studies, work, and outdoor activities. I am passionate about helping children learn through play, exploration, and structured activities. My past roles have honed my organizational and communication skills, making me adept at managing schedules, engaging in creative play, and ensuring a supportive atmosphere. I look forward to connecting with families seeking a reliable, enthusiastic nanny who genuinely enjoys fostering growth and joy in children’s lives. Fun fact: I used to be a lifeguard and taught swimming lessons.
Childcare experience began with babysitting at 14 and continued with nannying at 16. I worked with one to three children at a time, including twins and their baby brother. My responsibilities included cooking, cleaning, feeding, and providing a nurturing environment to support their development.
