Scotia B.
I'm Scotia! I've lived in a variety of places growing up. Some of my favourite things to do are reading, traveling, and camping during the warmer seasons. I am currently attending Olds College for Veterinary Medical Reception. However, I plan to go back to school for childcare later on. I love introducing different arts and crafts to children as a safe way to express their thoughts and feelings. I have experience working with children and youth from infancy to 17 years old. My background includes providing care and support in both general and special education settings. I've worked with children with various needs, including those requiring individualized support. Additionally, I have experience working with youth who have experienced trauma. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed care to help them navigate challenges and foster positive growth. I've worked in various settings such as day camps, classrooms, and homes.
