I am a friendly, responsible, bilingual individual with extensive experience as a nanny and au pair. I have a history of providing excellent child care, exceeding goals, and maintaining relationships with employers, and I love the work that I do. An avid reader whose hobbies include baking, singing, crafting, and writing, I am looking to put my knowledge and experience to use! I am fully vaccinated and only willing to work with fully vaccinated families.

My nannying experience began in 2011 when I worked for an at-home child care service, looking after up to 6 children per day. Mostly working with children under the age of two, I would put them down for a nap, then wake them for a snack and entertain them with activities until their parents arrived. I continued gaining experience in childcare when I spent one summer as an au pair in Berlin, Germany. Here, I was tasked with cooking 2-3 meals a day for one child, as well as keeping the home clean, planning activities, and navigating the city's transit system for appointments and outings. I traveled with the family to two other cities in Germany during my stay, planning and accompanying the child to museum visits and other activities. Finding a passion and a talent for the work I was doing, I continued to work as a nanny and mother's helper and enjoy finding ways to go above and beyond in my job. I worked for a family of 6, caring for 4 girls aged 2 to 9 years old. My duties in this position included cooking and preparing meals; performing light housekeeping; organizing crafts, lessons, activities and outings; planning and helping with homework in English and French. Here, I found the opportunity to surpass expectations by planning, hosting, and hand-making decorations for one child's birthday party. When this pool party was rained out, I also provided entertainment for the children with crafts, songs, and imaginative play. Outside of my professional experience with children, I am a proud aunt, and at family get-togethers, I can usually be found with the kids, coming up with songs and games. I have worked with boys and girls, from infants and toddlers to pre-teens, and I am looking for a new opportunity to put my passion and skills to work. I am willing to work with up to four children of any age.
