Rashmeet K.
My name is Rashmeet, an international student from India currently pursuing the Early Childhood Education (ECE) program at Sheridan College, Trafalgar Campus. As a dedicated ECE placement student, I have gained hands-on experience supporting young children’s development in Canadian childcare settings. I also have prior teaching experience in India, where I worked with children aged 3 to 6, creating engaging, play-based lessons focused on early literacy, numeracy, and social skills. I am passionate about fostering inclusive, nurturing environments that support the emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work and value strong communication with children, families, and educators. I am eager to continue growing as an early childhood educator and contribute meaningfully to the lives of young learners.
