My name is Emi! I'm a vibrant 19 year old from Oakville who loves interacting with children and is deeply passionate about childcare. Growing up as an only child, I have always been athletically inclined and enjoy engaging with children in various activities, whether they involve playing sports, doodling, or creating memorable moments. During grade 12, I chose to do my co-op at an elementary school, an experience that further made me realize my love for working with children. There, I worked with junior kindergarten and senior kindergarten students, assisting them in various ways, which I enjoyed. Over the weekends, I volunteered at a local school helping children of different ages focus, sit still, and listen. While I have not had any professional experience as a nanny yet, I am ready and available to begin work on June 8th, 2025. I’ve had extensive hands on experience that I've gained in the field which has prepared me well. In terms of availability, my schedule is extremely flexible and I am available full time throughout the week, including mornings, mid-days, evenings, and nights. Despite not having a driver's license, I compensate for this with my love for walks and exciting park visits! I am a non-smoker who swims well and can strictly adhere to specific dietary rules. Additionally, I am comfortable with light housekeeping duties like meal preparation, children's laundry, and helping with homework. As a Canadian citizen who speaks fluent English, I am open to obtaining a police check if needed. I am also open to relocation and feel very comfortable travelling. My desired roles include Nanny, Babysitter, Nanny/Housekeeper, Nanny/Tutor, and Home Daycare. Ideally, I would prefer to work with a maximum of three children.
