My name is Maya. I'm a 17 year old Canadian that loves art, film, nature, and animals. In September I'll be going to Paris to pursue character animation and film direction, and so I'm looking to make some extra money for savings :-)

Position: Counselor in Training Participated in 3 week program hands-on program to learn leadership skills and continuous development of working skills in an overnight camp. Working with campers in different age ranges. Responsibilities - Leading consecutive activities while keeping up with a strict schedule of events throughout the day - Planning programs and events - Collaborate with co-workers and manage large groups of children - Learn and understand the emotions and behaviours of children - Listen to campers and when necessary help and manage feelings of home sickness and loneliness - Managing and participating in variety of activities such as water activities, sports, arts and crafts, drama, nature discovery, and games
