Every child has clearly distinctive temperament through genetical and environmental influences and so it is important to partner and connect with their families. I believe knowing the child's microsystems is crucial because the child's development and behaviour are best understood by examining the context of the child's immediate influence. Forming a relationship with their parents/ legal guardians helps me to learn the child's culture, customs, values and the different environmental factors that determine the child's way of processing information, expressing feelings, and of behaving. Another crucial fact of having a close relationship with the legal guardians is that it builds trust. The parents can feel relieved and happy that their child is in good hands, they are loved and genuinely cared for.
