I am an experienced,30 year old nanny who is patient,loving and caring, who will dance arond with the children,laugh and play but still ensure they respect the household rules.I have the patience to deal with tough and trying times and a sensitive heart that enables me to feel for the children on sad or sick days,when they miss their parents or have an accident.Aiding in the growth and development in children's lives is what matters most to me.I believe if children are surrounded with stability,positivity and structure along with love,that it may be the key to helping them make the right choices and decisions for themselves down the road.I believe children need structure in their lives so following some sort of a daily schedule,in myexperience,helps things run more smoothly.I believe a childcare provider should be on the same page as the parents so the children see stability and consistancy.I like to encourage proper manners,and assissting with cleaning up toys etc. side by side with me to help teach responsibility.I also think it is important to be loving and warm but to follow through with discipline such as time outs or loosing a privilege.This teaches that there are consequences to improper actions.At the end of the day.The children I care for know how important they are to me!

I have completed a year and a half of the E.C.E. program,am also First Aid,and Cpr cerified,cared for newborn twins,assissting with daily schedules and overall care,watched 3 doctors children,was solely responsible for daily meals,arts and crafts,daily outings,bathing children,laundry and keeping the house tidy.As the children got older,I assisted with homework,took them swimming,and did ocassional overnight stays while the parents went away.Im happy to be around children!
