Al-Sura A.
I am a compassionate and reliable caregiver with over four years of experience supporting children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs. I’ve worked with children aged 1 to 10, creating a safe, structured, and fun environment where they can learn and grow. I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I’m patient, attentive, and always ready to support each child’s unique personality and routine. Whether it’s helping with schoolwork, planning creative play, or preparing healthy meals, I bring care and dedication to every day.
Over the past 4 years, I’ve cared for children ages 1 to 10 in private homes in Ontario. I provided full-time support including meal prep, hygiene, nap routines, educational activities, and outdoor play. I also hosted regular playdates to support social development and planned creative activities like gardening and swimming. I cared for up to two children at once, keeping a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. CPR/First Aid certified and trained in food safety.
I hold a Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate from Anderson College in Toronto, where I received comprehensive training in personal care, child development, and health and safety. I am certified in Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C and have completed the Worker Health and Safety Awareness program through the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Additionally, I earned my high school certificate from Essequibo Islands Secondary School in Guyana.
