I am 23 years old and I live with my mom and my little sister in Vancouver. I am an early childhood education student with experience in caring for large groups of children (approximately 30). I have worked in two nurseries as an assistant in my hometown of Lima, Peru. I am a native Spanish speaker and I hold a B2 level certificate in English. I have knowledge of activities for the comprehensive development of children under 7 years old, focusing on various areas such as psychomotor skills, communication, personal-social development, discovery of the world, science and technology, and mathematics. Moreover, I have experience as a nanny working with kids from 6 months to 10 years old. During this experience, I assisted families with cooking, bathing children, getting them ready for school, helping with homework, providing arts and crafts activities, and teaching them through educational games that lead to meaningful learning. In terms of personal skills, I am caring, patient, respectful, responsible, polite, loving, and above all, I love children. While I don't have much experience working with children with special needs, I would love to care for them as well. Lastly, I can work in homes with animals, as I love them too.
