I have been working as a primary grade teacher in the Philippines for 16 years. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of young children and I have encountered a wide range of behaviors. This experience has given me valuable insights into how to effectively manage tantrums and other challenging behaviors in the classroom. I believe that every child is unique and special in their own way. As a teacher, it is important for me to recognize and appreciate these differences and tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each student. Whether it's helping children with their homework after school or providing them with engaging and age-appropriate activities, I am dedicated to supporting their academic and personal growth. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I also strive to encourage my students to pursue advanced studies and develop a lifelong love for learning. By creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment, I aim to inspire my students to reach their full potential and become lifelong learners.
