Hi! I am a 20-year-old student at UVIC living in New Westminster and completing the later part of my degree online. I am about to enter my last year of school before graduating with a degree in Child and Youth Care. I am currently looking for a part-time nannying position for the fall, starting early September, as I go to school. I thought I would make my profile now so that I am able to meet with families throughout the summer to find the right fit for both parties. I am planning and willing to complete more specific and position-based training courses depending on the family, such as certified nanny training or infant first aid. This can be discussed with the parents and their comfort levels. I have had a passion for working with children for many years, and plan on becoming an elementary school teacher. I love being outside, reading and writing, doing yoga/pilates, and being with children. I am a dedicated, organized, kind, and mature student who will love your children as my own.

I am a student at UVic in the Bachelor of Child and Youth Care program. I have worked continuously with children for the majority of my teenage and adult life. I have experience 6 years of experience in babysitting, tutoring, and summer camps (overnight cabin counselling). I have never nannied for an extended period of time but spent a couple of weeks as a full-time nanny in the summer a couple of years ago when a family that I babysat for had their nanny go on vacation.
