My name is Ewin, I am 25 years old, and I am currently an FSL elementary teacher working for the EMSB. I am passionate about education, visual arts, and well-being practices that foster healthy daily habits. I love working with kids because no two days are ever the same and their curiosity and excitement about anything and everything reminds me that those are traits we shouldn't lose as adults. I am currently looking to babysit part-time in a casual manner for the summer as I am off from my professional job. Thus, I am only available until late August as I will be going back to a teaching position in the fall. If needed, I have an old police check attained for my field experiences back when I was completing my educational studies and references that I am willing to provide. I am an FSL elementary teacher. I have taught Grades 2, 3 and 6, but I am comfortable with all elementary ages. Throughout these past years, I've had the chance to interact with a range of students and care for children's emotional and physical safety as well as their learning in a classroom setting, which I learned a lot from. Before that, I volunteered at Montreal's Children's Library. My main job was to provide entertainment for any children that came by. I led arts and crafts projects after school and provided homework aid. I also helped with cleaning and book organization. Besides all of my professional experience, I have also babysat for family, friends and neighbours when I was much younger.

I graduated with my B.Ed. in Kindergarten/Elementary Pédagogie d'Immersion Française (PIF) at McGill University. In addition, I studied Child Studies at Dawson College prior and graduated with honours.
