I’ve been around children for most of my life, as my parents own an after-school care center. Growing up in that environment, I often helped take care of younger kids, guided them through DIY crafts, and organized fun group activities. I also spend a lot of time with my younger cousins, and we’re always doing creative and playful things together. During college, I did tutoring in different subjects, mainly working with middle school students. In addition, I volunteered on a monthly basis for about a year, where I primarily worked with children under three years old. I truly enjoy spending time with kids and caring for them, which is why I chose to volunteer—it’s something I genuinely love and value.
