I'm Rain. I am 19 years old and I have lived in Montreal for the last 7 years. I bring with me five years worth of experience in the dynamic world of childcare, that I am now excited to bring into a full-time role as a nanny or babysitter! I started working with children when I was quite young. This early immersion into the world of child nurturing and caring has instilled a unique passion within me for childcare that transcends the routine of a job. In fact, it always feels like something I love doing and look forward to, rather than just a profession. My availability spans morning to evening, throughout the seven days of a week of course depending on child’s needs - ensuring that your children will have a dependable and consistent care provider around them. I possess the skills and experience to effectively care for children, ranging from delicate infants to playful 10-year-olds. Furthermore, my capabilities expand to simultaneously handling multiple children ensuring that each one receives ample attention and love. When it comes to safety, I have been trained in First Aid and CPR. I also have experience in tending to children with disabilities, catering to their unique needs and creating an inclusive, caring environment for them. But my proficiency doesn't stop at childcare. I am also versed in daily household tasks like cooking, light housekeeping, running errands, or even meal preparation. I can assist your children with their homework, and if you have pets, I'm more than capable of taking care of them as well. In the role of your nanny my aim isn't just limited to caregiving. I aspire to build a bond with your family, becoming someone your children can trust, learn from, and consider a friend. I have worked in multiple environments with children schools, camps, community centres, babysitting etc. I started working with children when I was 15 and haven’t stopped since it’s my passion and I hope to expand my career and knowledge! I have extended experience with neurodivergent children.
