I’m someone who really enjoys working with kids and helping them learn and grow. I’m currently in my 4th year at McGill University, studying Kindergarten and Elementary Education. I’ve worked as a daycare worker, tutor, summer camp counselor, and substitute teacher, so I have experience with children of all ages. I come from a supportive family and have always been the go-to person for childcare among friends and relatives. In my free time, I love reading, listening to music, being outdoors, and doing arts and crafts all things I often bring into my work to keep kids engaged and creative. I’m friendly, patient, and dependable, and I always do my best to create a safe, fun, and positive environment for children to thrive in.

I have extensive experience working with children in a variety of settings, including as a summer camp counselor, daycare worker, tutor, and substitute teacher. As a summer counselor, I worked at 2 camps. Questo summer camp and Wowmoms summer camp.I led daily activities, supervised groups of children, and ensured a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. As a daycare worker, I took care of young children and made sure they were safe, happy, and learning. I followed a daily routine with playtime, learning activities, and meals to create a caring and supportive environment for kids of different ages. As a tutor, I worked one-on-one and in small groups to support students academically. I tailored lessons to fit different learning styles and helped build confidence and study skills, especially in subjects like reading, math, and writing. As a substitute teacher, I quickly adjusted to different classrooms and grade levels. I followed lesson plans, kept students focused, and made sure the class ran smoothly in a respectful and positive environment. These combined experiences have given me a well-rounded skill set in childcare, education, and youth development.
