I'm Ruby, I am an 18-year-old university student majoring in psychology with a focus on child development. I have extensive experience working with children, including running summer camps for ages 7-12 and teaching public speaking classes for teens aged 12-18. I am passionate about fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. I am fluent in English, energetic, focused, and highly organized. In addition to my academic background, I enjoy reading, attending live music events, and exploring new cooking recipes. I have been working in childcare for many years, starting with being a "Mother's helper" when I was young, babysitting children of all ages, and running spring break camps for elementary school-aged children and youth Toastmasters classes. I graduated from Secondary School and am currently a student at Concordia University, during my time in Secondary School I worked closely with many youths with physical and mental disabilities.
