I am a creative and capable 55 year old mother of 3 grown children. I have recently returned to Montreal after 2 years working abroad, and am eager to start a new commitment. My background has always been primarily as a caregiver to my family, my disabled mother, as well as to many children that I have brought into my home for care. I do however, have 3 years experience working with youth of all ages and varying degrees of disabilities in a group home setting. I am very joyful, and enthusiastic with children and adults alike. I love helping kids achieve their potential, and contributing to the household in every way possible. My name is Christine, but many young people refer to me as "mama C".

Mother of 3 grown children. I worked from home and operated before and after school care for multiple children through out the years. Also was caregiver to my mother for 15 years overseeing all aspects of her daily life. Experienced with wheelchair and walking aids. Worked with youth from 5 to 17 years old in a group home setting. Acted as liaison for youth in schools, social services, and family settings. Educated in sociology and psychology with a certificate in therapeutic recreation. I follow attachment theory and encourage an active, and creative lifestyle with an emphasis on completing goals.
