My name is Ava and I am a 24-year-old Visual Art student at Concordia. I come from an arts background having danced intensively growing up and keeping up an active visual art practice spanning the mediums of photography, sculpture and painting. I love to cook and have a genuine passion for spending time with children. I love spending time in nature and getting active, with plans to continue my education at the graduate level within the field of sustainability.

I’ve worked as a babysitter for families in my neighbourhood as a young teenager (2013-2016) and eventually worked as a teachers assistant at Silver Blades Skating Club teaching skating and at the Broadway Arts Centre teaching dance. (2016-2018, both in Toronto). I then worked as a Camp counsellor at Camp PineCrest. (2018). I went on to nanny for 2 families in Toronto through 2019-2021. Both children were age 2. I am trained in CPR and lifeguard certified.
