Over two years, I diligently served as a babysitter and Early Childhood Educator (ECE), actively engaging and educating various aged children. My duties encompassed managing their daily routines to instill structure, yet factoring in their unique individuality. This included overseeing mealtimes, rest periods, playtimes and other engagements. A key thrust was ensuring the children's safety, adhering to stringent standards to minimize risks.
