My name is Poppy and I am an 18-year-old student currently taking a gap semester. I am from Ontario and I am the oldest sister amongst 3 girls, which has been an instrumental part of my journey into childcare. My love for children was ignited by my mother's home daycare that began its operations in 2015. I was soon training to be a babysitter, and since then, I have been providing my babysitting services to local families. My dedication knows no bounds. I completed my first aid and CPR training in the summer of 2024 and have since been a private Nanny for a 19-month old girl. I believe children learn best through active participation and hands-on experiences and I make sure to incorporate these elements into our activities.
