I’m originally Russian, been in Quebec since I’m 6 years old, I speak French English and Russian. I’m a warm, patient, and family-oriented person who naturally connects with others, especially children. I’m someone who brings calm energy into the room, and people often tell me I’m gentle, grounded, and very easy to communicate with. I value honesty, kindness, and creating a peaceful, structured environment where everyone feels comfortable. I’m naturally nurturing — I love taking care of people, keeping things organized, and making a space feel safe and welcoming. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and doing creative activities. I love taking walks, exploring new places, cooking simple healthy meals, and spending quality time with the people I care about. I’m also someone who pays attention to details and enjoys keeping routines smooth and balanced. I’m looking to connect with a family who values respect, communication, and a warm atmosphere. I bring loyalty, consistency, and a genuine love for helping others to everything I do, and I’m excited to meet a family where I can be a positive, steady presence

I am a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny who truly loves supporting families and helping children grow in a safe and happy environment. I bring a calm, warm, and patient energy into the home, and I always aim to make each day smoother for both the kids and the parents. Families describe me as someone who is trustworthy, intuitive, and very dedicated. I’ve worked with my last family the past year and a half, I’ve been a full-time live-out nanny for a family with a toddler( now 2) and infant twins( 8months).This experience taught me how to manage multiple young children at different developmental stages while staying organized, calm, and attentive. I became very skilled at balancing busy routines, multitasking, and understanding each child’s individual needs. My daily responsibilities included preparing bottles and meals, organizing naps, diaper changes, bath time, developmental play, sensory activities, outings, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. I follow routines carefully, communicate clearly with parents, and adapt easily when things change. I love creating structure that helps children feel secure, but I’m also flexible enough to adjust to their energy and needs throughout the day. Working with infants has made me confident in supporting important milestones like tummy time, grasping, early communication, crawling, and independent play. With toddlers, I focus on language development, emotional regulation, boundaries, problem-solving, and fun, educational activities that encourage curiosity and confidence. I always use positive, gentle approaches that help children learn and feel understood. I’m also happy to help with light household tasks related to the children, such as washing bottles, tidying toys, cleaning up after meals, folding kids’ laundry, and keeping shared areas organized. I know how much it means to parents to come home to a calm, tidy space at the end of a long day, and I take pride in helping create that. One of my biggest strengths is my calm presence. Even on the busiest days — juggling twins’ needs, toddler emotions, or schedule changes — I stay patient, steady, and reassuring. Children respond very well to my calm energy, and it helps them feel safe and supported. I genuinely care about their emotional well-being just as much as their physical care. I’m reliable, punctual, and committed to being someone parents can depend on. I show up, I communicate, and I always give my best. I respect each family’s parenting style and make sure my approach matches their values, routines, and expectations. Building trust and creating a consistent environment for the children is very important to me. I’m now looking for a family who values warmth, responsibility, and clear communication. I bring strong experience with infants, toddlers, and especially multiples. If you’re searching for a nanny who is loving, patient, organized, and fully invested in your children’s growth and happiness, I would be happy to connect and learn more about what your family needs. I speak French English and Russian!
