Annika T.
My name is Annika, and I reside in Montreal. I'm a 20-year-old from Germany who loves working with children. My passion for childcare has led me to work as an Au Pair in Montreal, where I am currently responsible for an eight-year-old boy. Before coming here, my experience, spanning over four successful years, includes coaching a children's equestrian vaulting team and interning at childcare facilities in Germany - helping to manage and care for up to 20 children between the ages of 3 and 6. Additionally, I have personal experience looking after my younger cousins and brother back home. Most of my experience is with children aged 3 and up, but I'm enthusiastic about venturing into caring for younger children as well, if given an opportunity. My childcare skills are not limited to just looking after them but also include cooking, light housekeeping, preparing meals for kids, transporting children, doing children's laundry, bathing and dressing children, helping with homework, adhering to dietary rules, and keeping the kitchen tidy. While I am fluent in English and German, I also have basic Spanish skills. As much as I love languages, I must admit I'm yet to learn French. I'm currently seeking live-out, part-time babysitting. I am conveniently flexible, available on weekends and mornings on weekdays, with occasional evening availability. However, my schedule largely depends on my current host family's timing, so a bit of flexibility would be appreciated. Educationally, I am a high school graduate and also hold First Aid Training as required for the German/European driver's license. I am comfortable working with up to two children, and I can start immediately. Let me bring my fun, lively energy to your household now. I look forward to meeting your lovely family!
