I am an Almonte born and raised woman who is currently living in Calgary, Alberta. 'Tis the season for all my family and friends to be married, so I am exploring the opportunity to live in Almonte with family, for the summer. I would love to continue working with children during my time in Ontario. I have just completed my Bachelor of Social Work in Calgary this past year, and am currently working as a support worker in the public school system. I love to spend time with kids, especially outdoors, and do active activities as much as possible. I usually try to create some kind of consistency or routine with kiddos who I work with regularly to create predictable expectations that hit all of their needs! Almonte is a wonderful spot for children to explore outdoors, as much as possible. I am an avid hiker, camper, and skiier out west. My sister and I often do at least one backcountry camping trip or portage in Ontario each summer, as well.

I have been a live in nanny for two family's in the past and a live out nanny for many. I started babysitting as soon as I got the certificate at 12 years old. I currently work as a behavioural support worker in an elementary school and do respite for children with high complexities and special needs. I am a social worker and have worked with high-risk teenager with trauma backgrounds and complex needs as well. I have a great amount of experience with children of all ages, most recently I spend my days with 6-11 year-olds!

I have my Bachelor of Social work and am qualified for ECE level 3 (Alberta)
