I was born in Canada, I have a huge family of 10. I’ve always had a passion for children from a young age, building relationships with them and watching/helping them develop is such a rewarding feelings. Working with all types of children and personalities, looking at all the possibilities and interests they could have, giving them that helping hand in life gives me a lot of joy. I currently working as an assistant to the ECE at an after school program in Oakville. I’m looking to further my experience and knowledge with children as I save for school to complete the ECE program myself. My shift is 1-6pm Monday to Friday. I’m looking to help a family that can work around these hours. I may be able to adjust them a bit to fit the family's needs. I’ve been babysitting since I was 12 years old, worked with multiple age groups throughout this time. During most of my schooling I helped kids with disabilities. During Covid times I started realizing the joy children gave me and so I decided to start thinking more into a career with helping develop kids. In 2021 I nannied a 16 month old boy for just about a year. Now I’m working with a childcare/after school program in Oakville, and looking to gain more experience while I save towards college to complete my ECE program.
