Barsha G.
I am a dedicated and caring Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with experience in both Nepal and Canada. I am passionate about supporting children’s growth in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I have strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills. I enjoy working with children, planning creative activities, and building positive relationships with families. I am reliable, patient, and hardworking. In my free time, I enjoy nature and outdoor activities, listening to music, and learning new skills.
In Canada, I am currently working as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) at Tiny Treasure Daycare in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, I supervise and care for up to 24 children at a time, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. My responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, supporting daily routines (meals, rest, and play), maintaining a clean and safe classroom, and guiding children’s behavior using positive reinforcement. I also work closely with team members and communicate with parents regarding children’s progress. I have experience working in childcare both internationally and in Canada. I worked as a Primary Teacher at Saptarangi English Medium School in Dang, Nepal, where I was responsible for planning lessons, managing classroom activities, and supporting children’s early learning and development. I cared for approximately 20–25 children at one time and focused on building foundational skills in a safe and engaging environment. One of my key achievements is maintaining a high level of safety while creating a warm, welcoming, and loving, fun environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and supported in their growth and development.
